The loft is a 1400 m2 studio community at Refshaleøen in Copenhagen harbor, that consists 18 studios shared among 58 creatives. With its unique location and rustic style architecture at the old Burmeister and Wain shipyard, the loft gives perfect opportunities for companies, organizations and media to find inspiration and experience contemporary Danish art, culture and urban development. The loft is a place where commercial, artistic and innovative forces meets and interact. Thereby pointing out the contemporary development of Danish culture, innovation and society.

The Shipyard Loft consists of 18 studios used by a various number of creatives - architects, artists, industrial designers, fashion designers, web designers, grafic designers, interior designers, game designers, reporters, painters, sculptors, filmmakers, cinamatographers, theaterpeople, documentarists, illustrators, movie production, photographers, furniture carpenters, design psychologists, visuel artists, communication advisers etc.

Let us host your next seminar in the heart of an art community, at the top of B&W shipyard at Refshaleøen in Copenhagen harbor. Rent an Art Studio or the Templateroom at The Shipyard Loft, for meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, product launchings, fashionshows… Meeting facilities include audio visual capacity and accomodation for up to 60 people. Full catering can be arranged.
